The University has in place a range of services to support our staff. Wellbeing, Safety and Health provides services relating to Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Staff Counselling and Psychological Support, Mediation and Radiation Protection.

The University also has an Equality Policy Unit which helps to integrate an inclusive experience for staff and students across the University. This includes holding a number of events throughout the year, showcasing strategies and policies, publicising initiatives and support and resources. The University aims to have a culture which is inclusive that attracts, develops and retains the best students and staff from all backgrounds from across the world and supports them in delivering their ambitions, contributing to our institutional strategic aims.
