Views and experiences Of prImary Care pEnicillin allergy de-labelling (ALABAMA-VOICE study) - patients
Invitation to take part in a research study
Our records show you have taken part in a consultation with a health care professional from your GP practice, most likely a pharmacist or GP, to talk about removing the penicillin allergy label from your medical notes. Researchers from the Universities of Leeds and Oxford would like to invite you to take part in the ALABAMA-VOICE study. The study is funded by the University of Leeds who are working with NHS colleagues in Cornwall.
The study involves an interview to ask about your views and experiences of having a penicillin allergy record in your medical notes and about taking part in the consultation with your GP practice.
The interview will take place by telephone or online and will last around 30-45 minutes. It can be arranged at a time convenient for you. You will be offered £50 in high street vouchers as a thank you for your time taking part in the interview.
