Our Inclusive Research

We lead research with and for diverse under-served groups. These groups typically experience inequities in access to and outcomes from health and social care yet are under-represented in research. Addressing these issues in partnership with under-served groups is vital to tackle health inequities.

We work with under-served groups at all stages of the research cycle, from conceiving research ideas, collecting and analysing data, and sharing what we have found through to putting research findings into practice. This collaborative approach aims to ensure our research focuses on what matters most to under-served groups. It also helps ensure our research is accessible and inclusive and makes a meaningful difference in the real-world.

The below projects showcase some of our inclusive ways for working with under-served groups. The projects are grouped by their key innovative elements, but some could fit in more than one group. Select the project links if you’d like to find out more.
