Claire cox BSc Psychology international case study 2018

Vern Mei Pang

I received excellent support as an International student at Leeds’s School of Psychology. I arrived later than scheduled during my first semester starting at the university because of some issues with the immigration and missed out some of the earlier and crucial sessions of the modules I was taking for the semester. I recalled the staff at the School kindly prepared upon my arrival a personal session filling me in on what I missed out and provided me adequate support to catch up.

I was always made to feel extremely welcomed and that my welfare was cared for as a foreign student in the country at the university. The quality standard of teaching at the School guaranteed me an academic advantage with a qualification that is recognised worldwide and the notable pool of lecturers I got to learn from gave me an invaluable experience and a lifelong inspiration. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 years studying at Leeds. The city of Leeds too was vibrant, student-centred and very student-friendly. I am proud to become an alumnus of the University of Leeds and I highly recommend this as your destination of choice for higher studies.
