Applied Health Econometrics Group

What we do

We discuss the use of quantitative methods in health and health care with a particular focus on causal inference. We meet regularly for presentations of modern empirical methods and discussions of methodological issues in on-going research projects. Our group is also a forum to facilitate the development of research ideas. We welcome researchers from other fields interested in applied econometrics.

The Applied Health Econometrics Group hosts regular seminars. We also run an annual symposium on applied health econometrics. The symposium aims to bring together researchers interested in advanced quantitative methods applied to health and health care.
