ASPIRE award recognises excellence in Faculty Development

Leeds Institute of Medical Education has achieved a 4th ASPIRE award, recognising excellence in Faculty Development.

ASPIRE is an international recognition programme, initiated to recognise excellence in medical, dental and veterinary schools.

Their aim is to promote outstanding performance and excellence in schools in terms of their mission and teaching and learning programme, taking into account the challenges and contexts in which a school is operating.

Leeds Institute of Medical Education received its 4th ASPIRE award in recognition of excellence in Faculty Development - a fundamental aspect of this is our CPD provision and outreach.

ASPIRE has an International Board of distinguished leaders in medical education as members and is supported by AMEE, working with other organisations with an interest in medical education.
