Bethany Griffin

Profile

Bethany is a 4th year PhD student at the University of Leeds and Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Research Collaboration. Her research focuses on psychological safety and restrictive practices in inpatient mental health settings. She is supervised by Dr Chris Keyworth (School of Psychology) and Professor John Baker (School of Healthcare). Bethany is also a research fellow on the NIHR HSDR funded project #StaffedWards.

Bethany completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology (BSc Hons) in 2020 at the The University of Huddersfield (first-class), before completing an MSc in Psychological Research Methods (distinction) from the University of Sheffield in 2021.
