I obtained my medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Leeds in 2012, having undertaken a BSc in Microbiology at University of Leeds in 2010. I am currently studying for a PhD in postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction after successfully obtaining an NIHR Doctoral Fellowship.
I am a specialist registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a specialist interest in urogynaecology.
Research interests
My current research interests include quality of life in postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. I am interested in the the healthcare needs of women with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction and have an strong interest in qualitative and mixed-methods research.
My PhD is aiming to provide a set of recommendations for women with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction using their voices to shape the research.
