Having solid background knowledge in the field of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and Data Science/ Analytics, my research expertise encompasses the area of Machine Learning (ML), Optimization Algorithms, Operation Research, Optimization of ML models using Metaheuristics Algorithms, Healthcare Data (Population and Genomic data) Analytics, and Evolutionary Computation. Research interests
Extensive research experience in the field of Data Science, biostatistics, and Machine Learning (with the application of health data – Genomic data) that encompasses my advance technical skills in Python (numpy, pandas, matplot lib, seaborn, sci-kit learn, nimfa, PyTorch, tenser flow), R studio, and Matlab. My research experience encompasses the field of Data Analysis for genomics and genetics datasets, statistical modeling, and, Machine Learning (ML) models in the field of bioinformatics. I have worked on various projects as a Senior Data Scientist/ Analytics in the field of healthcare.
