Dr Thomas Willis

Profile

I am a Senior Research Fellow in the Division of Psychological and Social Medicine. I manage FReSH START, an NIHR-funded programme that aims to develop and evaluate a new therapeutic approach with individuals who repeatedly self-harm.

I have undertaken research in health psychology and implementation science since completing my PhD in 2006. In addition to FReSH START, much of my recent work has focused on the use of audit and feedback as a means of quality improvement in health care.

I have previously worked at the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London, Goldsmiths College, and St George's, University of London.
