Programme support for MBChB years 1 - 3 IDEALS ICU.To provide administrative support for all functions relating to years 1 - 3 IDEALS, including: Dissemination of information and materials to students and facilitators, including teaching materials, general information, and study guides, and acting as first point of contact. Recruitment of facilitators, and maintaining and providing timesheets for Payroll. Course management team meetings, and liaison with academic providers of teaching material and lesson plans. Providing information to and liaising with colleagues regarding timetabling and room bookings. Tracking attendance and assessment outcomes and providing information for the UEB.
