Profile
Manoj graduated in Medicine in 1999. He was UK’s first NIHR integrated academic trainee in Rehabilitation Medicine in Leeds and completed his MD (Research) in rehabilitation robotics from University of Leeds.
He was appointed as Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust in 2012 and joined the Human Pain Research Group (HPRG) in University of Manchester as Honorary Senior Lecturer.
Since 2017, he has been in a clinical academic role as Associate Clinical Professor in Rehabilitation Medicine with LIRMM in University of Leeds and NHS Consultant in Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust and Leeds Community Healthcare Trust. He also continues in his role within the Human Pain Research Group which is a collaboration between pain researchers from univeristies of Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
