The Faculty of Medicine & Health Strategic Projects Team is a recently commissioned group.

This new team provides the oversight, and supports the coordination and delivery of strategic projects as part of the overarching University strategy and faculty plans. 

We work with Heads of Schools, Heads of Institutes and the academic lead in the delivery of the strategic priorities, understanding the interdependencies and ensuring a smooth interface between the projects.
