I joined the University of Leeds in 2010 as a Postgraduate Student on the Professional Doctorate in Paediatric Dentistry Programme. I graduated in 2013 and completed my Specialty Training in Paediatric Dentistry in 2014.
I was appointed as a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Paediatric Dentistry in December 2014.

Research interests
My primary research interest is in dental traumatology, specifically in the development of core outcome sets and minimum datasets.
Other research interests include amelogenesis imperfecta and qualitative research.

Student education
I am Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Programmes in Paediatric Dentistry. I am involved in curriculum and assessment development, delivery of dialectic and clinic-based teaching and research supervision for our postgraduate students and specialty trainees.
I deliver didactic and clinical teaching for our undergraduate students, develop and design assessments and also supervise the Final Year Project for a number of students each year.
