Arthur Juet

Profile

I am currently a Research Fellow in Health Economics within the Academic Unit of Health Economics at the University of Leeds.

I completed my PhD in 2023 at the Paris Dauphine University (France), where I specialised in econometrics and causal inference analysis applied to health economics.

Research interests

My research lies at the intersection of health economics and public policy analysis, with a focus on using advanced econometric techniques to understand the behaviour of individuals and their decision-making in response to public policies. I am particularly interested in examining the economic and well-being impacts of medical conditions, including the financial strain caused by illness and caregiving. My work spans a variety of topics, such as the evaluation of vaccination policies, the impact of arthritis on quality of life, and the financial burdens of end-of-life family caregiving.

Through my research, I aim to provide evidence-based insights that inform policy decisions and improve the health and economic outcomes of individuals facing health-related challenges.
