Our academic training pathway provides outstanding opportunities to undertake research training, including opportunities to develop your career at the cutting-edge of clinical healthcare research, along with clinical activities
Training events and Seminars
The Leeds NIHR Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) hosts a seminar series to support people who are interested in pursuing an academic career. Subjects that have been included in the programme are: preparation advice for fellowship interviews, developing a good research question and how to incorporate PPIE into your research. In addition to fellowship application submission advice, we have added sessions to help build your confidence address imposter syndrome
