Research interests

My research interests lie within the field of Health Psychology. Specifically, I am interested in health behaviour change and determinants of health behaviour. In line with the Operating Conditions Framework, the overall aims of my PhD are to better understand the extent to which changing determinants (also referred to as mechanisms of action) changes behaviour, better understand the context in which targeting determinants is successful in changing behaviour, and better understand how mediators and moderators influence the determinant to behaviour relationship.
