Paige has been intrested in imagination and imaginary compaions throughout her career. She has published in peer reviewed journals, as well as for general audiences. In 2020 she wrote a book chapter which was published in The Cambridge Handbook of Imagination. She currently has a book on imaginary compaions in preparation with Oxford University Press.
