Profile
I began my role as Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Leeds in 2022. I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc degree in Psychology in 2018 and then from the University of Manchester with an MSc degree in Health Psychology in 2019. I have expereince in teaching seminars, providing both academic and pastoral support to students at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Responsibilities
- Seminar and tutorial leader for psychology undergraduate modules
- Delivery of teaching and support sessions for research skills
- Assessing and providing feedback to students about assessments
Research interests
My research interests lie within the field of Health Psychology. My PhD research aims to explore the link between percieved discrimination and health outcomes for ethnic minoriries, with a specific focus on understanidng the underlying mechanisms and processes.
