Profile
I began my role as Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Leeds in 2023. I have a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Business Psychology and an MSc in Aplied Clinical Psychology. I have experience in delivering lectures, facilitating workshops and teaching seminars, providing both academic and pastoral support to students.
Research interests
As a PhD researcher, my research focus is on healthcare staff team dynamics, specifically on how we can help professionals speak up when they have work-related concerns.
