Daliya Kaskirbayeva

I am a PhD. student at the University of Leeds. My research focus is on assessing the impact of provider payment reforms on hospital productivity in Kazakhstan. I have also collaborated on a range of health economics research projects such as health costing model and voluntary health insurance; and provided methodological support to the Ministry of Health and local authorities in Kazakhstan.

Research interests

The project’s aim is to evaluate the hospital financing reforms of Kazakhstan by application of a quasi-experimental technique.
