Microbiology Society Roadshow 2019 - Leeds

As part of our commitment to developing, expanding and strengthening the vast networks and opportunities available to our members, the Microbiology Society is hosting a series of events.

As part of our commitment to developing, expanding and strengthening the vast networks and opportunities available to our members, the Microbiology Society is hosting a series of events led by President Professor Judith Armitage throughout the UK and Ireland during 2019.

Our first event takes place on Tuesday 12 March and will be held at the University of Leeds, UK.

Professor Judith Armitage will be giving a keynote talk on 'Embracing the diversity of microbes and the diversity of microbiologists'.

The Roadshow has been designed to showcase why microbiology matters, giving attendees a unique opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, find out how they can get more involved with Society activities, network with fellow local members and non-members, meet the President and find out more about plans for our 75th Anniversary in 2020.

If you have any questions, please email Erin Taylor

These events are free and open to members and non-members.
