Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarship for Allied Health programmes
- Summary: The School of Medicine has 8 x £30,000 international excellence scholarships available. These scholarships are automatically awarded to the highest achieving applicants. The scholarships will be in the form of a tuition fee reduction.

Eligibility
This award is based on academic excellence. You will automatically be considered based on your UCAS form and information provided as part of the application process. You must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
Eligible courses:
- Audiology BSc (B61A)
- Diagnostic Radiography BSc (B821)
- Healthcare Science (Cardiac Physiology) BSc (B810)
- Medical Ultrasound (Sonography) BSc (B825)
Conditions
To receive your scholarship, you must:
- Accept your offer and chosen Leeds as your firm choice by your ‘reply by’ deadline in UCAS.
- Enrol and register as a student to receive the fee-reduction.
- You must not be in receipt of any other University of Leeds award.
- You must be self-funding, new to the University of Leeds, enter onto level 1 or progress from the Leeds International Foundation Year programme onto level 1.
- This scholarship will only be offered in subsequent years of study if the following academic performance conditions are met:
- Students to have an average of no less than 60% across all modules in taught year 1 or 2
- All pass-to-progress modules must be passed at a minimum of 60%.
- Fulfilling these conditions means that the scholarships remain focused on excellence.
Please note applicants progressing from the Leeds International Study Centre Foundation Year and the Leeds International Foundation Year programme are eligible for this award.
