Admissions Operations Manager leading the Admissions Team and overseeing all aspects of the admissions process for the undergraduate MB ChB and Widening Participation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ann has responsibility for managing the MBChB admissions process to achieve recruitment quotas for between 2,000 – 2,500 applications each year working alongside the Director and Deputy Director of Admissions and has responsibility for the following:

Main Responsibilities

Develop the Admissions Policy with the Director and Deputy Director in line with the University’s policy and national guidelines.

Overseeing the arrangements for interviews of approximately 1000 applicants

Arranging Introductory sessions for all new students including those transferring to 2nd and 3rd year

Organising the School’s contribution to the University’s Open Days

Contributing to the Widening Participation (WP) Strategy.
