Beverly Clayton


Contributing to the setup, ongoing management and participant recruitment for studies that will develop and investigate an integrated web system for patients to report adverse events. Beverly joined the team in 2010 and qualified as a general nurse and sick children’s nurse in 1978 in Leeds. Previous posts were as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with childhood cancer survivors, as a Clinical Advisor with the Department of Health for the National Cancer Survivorship Initiative and also as Lead Nurse in the development of the Community Cancer Portal, a computer-based follow up a programme for survivors of cancer. Beverly was also a Sister on the Paediatric and Adolescent Oncology and Haematology Regional Unit in Leeds and has worked within Cystic Fibrosis and Infectious Disease specialities. Beverly Clayton; Senior Research Nurse; Profile of Beverly Clayton.
