  • Maintaining a register of the Institute’s equipment
  • Dealing with staff, student and visitor enquiries on reception
  • Ordering stationery and other items
  • Goods receipting
  • Maintaining the staff database
  • Carrying out new staff inducitions
  • Maintaining annual, sickness and other leave records in SAP
  • Timesheet administration
