This workshop shall help and guide participants on how to develop and enhance teaching skills using simulation. Participant-led, it will provide an opportunity to share tips and ideas and to discuss barriers and challenges.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be better able to:
- Recognise the impact of human factors in simulation training
- Identify and explore the role of simulation in medical education
- Utilise frameworks to develop scenarios and facilitate debriefs
This course is free to attend and of interest to those working with simulation. It is also useful for those wishing to develop teaching skills, especially in the healthcare environment and teaching our students.
