Health economics

Our aims

We use a variety of economic and econometrics methods to address cost-effectiveness, efficiency and inequalities in health care provision. We aim, through engagement with policy makers, clinicians, clinical scientists, basic scientists, patient groups and other applied health researchers, to promote multi-disciplinary research across the spectrum of health producing activities that is likely to promote improvements in health, health care and wellbeing.
