I enjoyed the classroom size and discussion based teaching style of my course. The lecturers all really cared about the subject matter and their passion was infectious. They made this material easy to learn.

The highlight of the course was the lecturers, they really, really want you to succeed and they do everything they can do to help you.

The greatest challenge of the course was the research project. Not only does this facet of the course require more individual learning than I have ever been exposed to but it is also taking place at precisely the same time that most international students are preparing to move back to their home countries, so time management is crucial.

I am currently researching the seasonality and geographical disposition of iodine across the UK.

Doing this project has provided me with real-world research experience and has consequently helped me develop the self-confidence I need to succeed in the professional world.
