This blended learning approach is designed to give busy clinical educators the opportunity to reflect on what diversity means for teaching in healthcare settings. We will consider diversity from the societal to the personal level and ultimately in terms of educator-learner relationships that support learning.
By the end of this session participants will be better able to:
- Understand what is meant by inclusive education
- Pinpoint challenges and identify approaches associated with inclusivity
- Identify how to support students with learning
This course is free to attend and of interest to those wishing to develop teaching skills, especially in the healthcare environment and teaching our students.
